What are your opening hours?
Dental Appointments:
Monday - 9.00am to 5.30pm
Tuesday - 9.00am to 7.00pm
Wednesday - 9.00am to 7.00pm
Thursday - 9.00am to 5.30pm
Friday - 9.00am to 2.00pm
Saturday (alternate) - 10.00am to 2.00pm
Hygienist Appointments:
Tuesday - 9.00am to 2.00pm
Wednesday - 9.00am to 7.00pm
Thursday - 9.00am to 2.00pm
What happens if I can't make an appointment?
If you are unable to attend or need to change your appointment, 24 hours' notice is needed. Please call the practice as soon as possible to rearrange the appointment. If this is not done a charge may need to be made.
What should I do if I have a dental emergency?
We do our best to see all patients with genuine dental emergencies on the day they contact us. For emergency help outside practice hours please telephone the practice and listen to the answerphone message. This will give you detailed emergency information including how to contact the out of hours’ dentist.
How can I get to the practice?
If you are using public transport, we are eight minutes walk from Turnham Green Station (District line). Buses 94, 272 stop by the Turnham Green station and bus E3 has a stop directly by the surgery.
Can I park at the practice?
There is ample metered parking available in the roads near the practice. Parking vouchers are available from reception which allow parking in residents bays.
Are you able to offer disabled access?
We have a ground floor surgery and can provide access for people with disabilities. If you have any special requirements, please call in advance to ensure we are able to meet them.
